Biz Affairs
FilmTrack's Biz Affairs product was born out of the need for a flexible document management solution for critical documents associated with a production, however its powerful engine makes it a viable tool for use in a number of areas. Using Biz Affairs' document modeler, users can configure and store forms for capturing the salient details on all of their production agreements.

Virtually any type of document that needs to be archived and searched can be modeled. Examples include chain of title, talent agreements, options, and even company-specific documents. Once a document is configured, instances of that document type can be associated with any title in your library. It is then possible to view and search the Biz Affairs database to view agreements by party, by project or even by datapoint.
